The BVS Cultural Arts Association is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization Tax ID # 77-0005094, dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Bear Valley Springs and the greater Tehachapi area. We sponsor concerts, art shows, a holiday bazaar, scholarships, and cultural events to enrich the life of our community.
